Nick has over 20 years of experience in the financial services industry including: banking, equities, fixed income, futures, and OTC FX trading. Prior to BlockFills, Nick served as Managing Partner at Direct FX Trading, as well as owner and principal of Lotus Brokerage, a futures and FX Broker responsible for raising over 20,000 FX accounts on a global level.
Gordon Wallace
President and Co-Founder
Gordon has over 25 years of experience in FX markets. Prior to BlockFills, Gordon served as Global Head of FX Trading at Deutsche Bank where he was responsible for a global team of 175 including trading, sales, structuring, risk, and IT/infrastructure. Prior to Deutsche Bank, Gordon ran Global FX Derivatives and Proprietary Trading at Credit Suisse.
Adam Krauszer
CTO
Adam has over 15 years of experience in the securities industry and is a co-founder of Harmonic. Prior to Harmonic, Adam held a number of roles in research, trading, software development, operations, and oversight at various firms, including Citadel and BNP Paribas. Adam was an early member of Citadel’s High Frequency Trading group and held various positions within it.
Neil Van Huis
Partner and Director
Neil has over 10 years of experience as a discretionary and algorithmic derivatives trader at top proprietary trading institutions. Prior to BlockFills, Neil served as the Co-Founder of K+H Crypto LLC. Prior to K+H Crypto, served as a Senior Quantitative Trader for a commodities team at Transmarket Group.
Perry Parker
Head of Derivatives Trading
Perry has over 30 years of experience in financial markets and managing investment portfolios. Prior to BlockFills, Perry served as Head of Market Risk at One River Asset Management. Prior to One River Asset Management, he was a Founding Partner and Senior Portfolio Manager for Grant Capital Partners.
